Serial killer in the midst

Alarming news to all the people in the Philippines particularly in the NCR region:

A serial killer nicknamed "Epok" (Real name Jeffrey Morales), is on the loose and is on the prowl for new victims. Already killed six teenagers, police are on the hunt and is considered Manila's most dangerous criminal. Police says he is also protected by a wealthy politician and acts as its bodyguard, he is currently hiding and considered armed and dangerous.
